USPOULTRY’s 2026 Women’s Leadership Conference will focus on topics that address the challenges women face in the workplace and the skills necessary for professional growth. The program was developed by a team of professional women at various levels of management who understand these challenges. This year’s conference will be held Aug. 20-21, at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Destin, Fla.

“The planning committee looked inward at what we face as women in the workforce, and we were able to provide timely and relevant topics for this year’s conference. The agenda offers many areas to help empower women to become successful leaders, as well as expand their professional achievements,” said Emily Crawford, associate director at Cobb-Vantress Inc., and program planning committee chair.

Session topics include Smart Risks and Successful Negotiations; Leading High-Performance Teams to Help Avoid Burnout/Setting Boundaries; Successes, Setbacks and Comebacks; Building Personal Brand and Reputation; Be an AI Champion; the Importance of Women in Ag; and Powered by Happy: Balancing Your Life While Boosting Your Career.
